PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing degradation in a concrete-sprayed slope capable of integrally, highly accurately, safely, reliably diagnosing the sprayed slope at low costs. SOLUTION: A first stage diagnostic method for highly efficiently, simply, and nondestructively diagnosing the degree of degradation in an overall object to be diagnosed; a second stage diagnostic method for highly accurately and nondestructively diagnosing the range of degradation in a slope diagnosed in the first stage diagnostic method, verifying and confirming the results of the first stage diagnosis, and narrowing down a degraded part, or complementing the result of measurement in a range theoretically measurable in the first stage diagnostic method; and a third stage diagnostic method for performing diagnosis by locally destroying a sprayed part for verifying the cross-sectional structure between the narrowed range of degradation and the natural ground are sequentially and jointly performed on an existing concrete-sprayed slope executed as surface protective work on a rock mass slope, a ground slope, a cut earth slope, etc. The sprayed slope, a surface layer part of the natural ground, and the degree of adhesion between them are integrally diagnosed in the method for diagnosing the existing concrete-sprayed slope.
