PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a curvature center deflection and a runout in an equivalent state as if an aspheric lens is mounted in a lens frame. SOLUTION: An aspheric lens measurement apparatus is provided with an external diameter deflection detection means S1 for detecting the external diameter deflection of an outer circumference of the inspected aspheric lens L1, having a circular contour and one face forming a sphere whose curvature center is located on a rotational axis of a rotational suction means 11; a first curvature center deflection measuring light transmission means 17 for radiating a light to the center of an aspheric face of the aspheric lens when the external diameter deflection is zero; a first curvature center deflection measuring light reception means 23 for receiving the reflected light and recognizing a light reception location; a curvature center deflection calculation means for calculating the curvature center deflection in the center of the aspheric face relative to the rotational axis, based on the light reception location of the reflected light; and a runout detection means S2 for abutting on a circumference of the aspheric face when the external diameter deflection is zero and detecting the runout of the circumference.
