PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and certainly remove air pollution and bad smell due to exhaust or waste oil by a simple device, and to prevent a pollution problem. SOLUTION: In a combustion device B, an inside combustion cylinder 37 bored with a large number of ventilating holes 37a on an outer periphery of the cylinder is concentrically provided in an installing plate 36 side, within a cylindrical outside combustion cylinder 30 provided with the installing plate 36 provided with a discharging cylinder 35 at one end and an insertion port 36a at the other end. A supplying pipe 38 is provided between the outside combustion cylinder 30 and the inside combustion cylinder 37, thereby enabling supplying oil into the inside combustion cylinder 37. At a position making the supplying pipe 38 become an upper portion, a feeding pipe 39 is provided so as to be tangential to the outside combustion cylinder 30 periphery under the supplying pipe 38, thereby enabling air supply to turn along the inner periphery of the combustion device B.
