PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where an electric car using a hydrogen station (oil supply system), a charging station or solar panel power generation increases the cost, and cannot travel for a long distance; and to provide a water power generator (automatic power generator) running as long as the generator operates, by solving the problem. SOLUTION: This mechanical generator is operated by a switch and the water is carried to a vacuum device chamber 12. When the water is carried in a predetermined amount, the vacuum device 12 is operated and the water is changed from the liquid to the gas. A water level sensor of the vacuum device chamber 12 operates, an electric partition valve on the solid hydrogen side opens and a vaporized element of the water is carried into a solid hydrogen chamber. The solid hydrogen takes in hydrogen, and the chemical reaction is generated with the remainder oxygen, and the electric power is generated through a copper plate electrode.
