PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor and its manufacturing method which prevents both strength reduction of a boss due to processing of a key groove undercut and interference of a turn side key with the boss. SOLUTION: The construction and the method adopted are such that, when a width dimension of a key groove 31 is represented as (a) and a dimension of the key groove undercut 32 is represented as (b), they have a relation (b)>(a).
