PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local transporting vehicle with a tilting lift frame, reducing its noise level by improving the construction of being rotatably and/or turnably joined to a shaft body supported by a vehicle frame. SOLUTION: The local transporting means comprises first and second joining means 4, 5 for joining the lift frame 2 to the shaft body 1. The first joining means 4 has the flexibility of rotation around a rotational axis D parallel to a shaft center line A of the shaft body 1, while the second joining means 5 isolated from the rotational axis D of the first joining means 4 has specified elasticity and a degree of freedom of translation along an axis T perpendicular to the vertical direction of the lift frame 2 in a plane perpendicular to the rotational axis D.
