PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading box inclination device in a three-directionally tilting dump truck in which a simplification of a structure, particularly a simplification of a connection structure with a car body frame side is realized, an analysis of strength is facilitated accompanying with this and a designing is easily carried out. SOLUTION: In the three-directionally tilting dump truck, the loading box 2 mounted on a car body frame 1 is mounted inclinably to a rear side and both right and left sides by a loading box inclination device 3 provided between the loading box and the car body frame. The loading box inclination device 3 is constituted by a lift arm 4 of which one end 4a is turnably connected to a bottom part of the loading box 2 in a right/left direction and a vertical direction; a lift cylinder 6 of which an expansion/shrinkage side tip end 6a is pivotally supported to a midway part of the lift arm 4 and a body base end 63 is turnably connected to the car body frame 1 in the right/left direction and the vertical direction; and a tension link 5 of which both ends are pivotally supported to the other end 4b of the lift arm 4 and the body base end 63 of the lift cylinder 6.
