PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool an engine, taking heat balance in the engine into account. SOLUTION: A radiator 3, a cooling fan 25, the engine 4 and a steering wheel column 9 are arranged on a body frame 18, a back-flow preventing plate 23 is provided in an under side of a radiator attaching table 20 to block a back-flow in air blasting after passing through the radiator, hot-air preventive plates 30, 34 are provided in a front side of the column 9, the back-flow preventing plate 23 is constituted to make wind go out from a clearance with respect to the hot-air preventive plates 30, 34 to a frame lower side, and a straightening vane 28 for directing downward wind from the cooling fan 25 to an oil pan 29 of the engine is provided in an under side of the back-flow preventing plate 23.
