PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of seal materials 50, 51 in the case where a quiet property is enhanced while an intrusion of rain water to a cabin is prevented by providing two kinds of seal materials 50, 51 between a seal surface 42 of a drain part 40 and an inclination part 61b in an air conditioner in which an air conditioning unit 2 accommodating an evaporator 5 is arranged in an instrument panel of a cabin and condensed water is discharged from the drain part 40 of a bottom wall part 20 to a lower side of the inclination part 61b of a dash panel 61. SOLUTION: A first seal material 50 having high sound-shielding property is arranged at an upper part between the seal surface 42 of the drain part 40 and the inclination part 61b and a second seal material 51 having a liquid- sealing property is arranged below the first seal material 50. Projections 52, 53, 54 for positioning of the first seal material 50 are formed on the seal surface 42. Whereas, hole parts 50a, 50b, 50c engaged with the projections 52, 53, 54 are formed on the first seal material 50.
