BEAD STRUCTURAL BODY FOR TIRE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PNEUMATIC TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead structural body for tire which improves fitting performance to a rim and tire uniformity after assembled to the rim, its manufacturing method and a pneumatic tire using the bead structure. SOLUTION: This bead structural body 3 for tire is constituted only by a single metal seamless ring 5 having a rectangular or a flat cross section, or a plurality of the metal seamless ring 5 having a rectangular or a flat cross section are laminated, and a laminated seamless ring group 3 is collected and bundled only by a coating rubber 6. A manufacturing method of the bead structure 3 for tire according to the present invention is to cut a metal cylinder in the straight cylindrical or tapered cylindrical shape into round slices to create the seamless ring 5.
