PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure between a watch and a band easy to fabricate, and capable of easily detaching the band and showing a watch case and a band in one. SOLUTION: The outer surface 2c of a watch case 2 is provided with notches 2d and 2e. A tip hook 12 of the band 10 has a shape fitting to the notches 2d and 2e. Below the tip hook 12, a band fixing member 16 is provided. To the band fixing member 16 and the tip hook 12, a penetration hole 16a and a fixing hole 14c are provided respectively, wherein a screw 18 is inserted. The screw 18 is screwed in the screw hole provided to the watch case 2. In this manner, the band fixing member 16 and the tip hook 12 are fixed to the watch case 2.
