<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simply obtainable a healthy index based on an oxidation reaction and a reduction reaction of an organisms even without expert knowl edge by a data recording sheet with IC chip built therein as a storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: By paying attention to that saliva typically display an overall critical body disease or overall body healthy state in a modern medicine, a health degree by an oxidation-reduction potential can be confirmed by oneself before a subjective symptom by a simple deed of licking with safety even by any one such as an infant, a child, the age or the like by using the IC chip- containing data recording sheet as the storage medium and early dealing can be intended as a good method for adopting the saliva and a means for rapidly effectively managing and storing a component data from an object to be measured. Further, the freshness or putrefaction state caused by oxidation of food, water, soil, air or the like in a life environment can be simply recorded as the component data of the object to be measured by the IC chip-containing data recording sheet as the storage medium.
