PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably coupled beet row sensor eliminating the dispersion of the mounting posture of a tine. SOLUTION: The beet row sensor comprises a switch box protruding a rotating shaft body of a switch cam, a tine having an L-shaped bent part formed at the rod base end and an engaging block forming a tine position regulating groove receiving the L-shaped bent part of the tine on the outside of a mounting hole for fitting the rotating shaft body of the switch can thereinto. The engaging block fitting the L-shaped bent part of the tine into the position regulating groove and mounting the engaging block on the rotating shaft body of the switch cam is united to the rotating shaft body of the switch cam with a fixing means. The rotating shaft body of the switch cam is engaged with the mounting hole of the engaging block in the form of a wedge with a tapered surface. The tine position regulating groove of the engaging block is preferably formed into a two-way groove for selectively fitting the L-shaped bent part of the tine from both the left and the right sides.
