PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply stretch an interlining cloth in a state of being held down on the left and right sides of a cylindrical frame separately and fitted correctly to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical frame. SOLUTION: The cylindrical frame 19 wherein a sewing window 37 is formed is provided with interlining cloth holding members 38 which hold down on the frame 19 the interlining cloth C put on the sewing window 37 and with a cloth holding member 39 which holds down a cloth to be processed which is laid on the interlining cloth C on the cylindrical frame 19, together with the cloth C. The cloth holding member 39 is fitted to the frame 19 so that it can be opened and closed. The interlining cloth holding members 38 are formed to be long longitudinally and disposed by two in number on the left and right sides the cylindrical frame 19. The rear ends of the left and right interlining cloth holding members 38 are fixed to the left and right sides of the frame 19 respectively, while the front ends thereof are so provided as to be openable and closable laterally in relation to the frame 19.
