PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit pullout when connecting a substrate using a connecter. SOLUTION: This pullout limiter 50 is used for connecting a projecting connecter 10 to a recessed connecter 20 so as to engage a movable pawl part 11a with an engagement part 24. This limiter is provided with a base body part 51, a prohibition part 52 connected to the base body part 51 and disposed to prohibit the release of the engagement between the movable pawl part 11a and the engagement part 24, and a release part 53 detachably connecting the base body part 51 to the prohibition part 52, releasing the engagement between the movable pawl part 11a and the engagement part 24 by separating the base part 51 from the prohibition part 52, and once separating the base body part 51 from the prohibition part 52, leaving its trace of the separation.
