PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue box holder capable of quickly disposing a used tissue paper. SOLUTION: An outer box 1 is opened in the upper surface and has a cutout opening part 11 on a side surface. A waste receiving box 2 is opened in the upper surface, and set within the outer box 1 so that the upper surface is matched to the upper surface of the outer box 1 to form a tissue box housing space within the outer box 1.
