PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro channel structural body having a plurality of micro channels arranged accurately and three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: This micro channel structural body comprises a seven-layer structure having one layer formed of a plurality of laminar objects which are formed of a material allowing the generation of solid by a sol-gel method and having clearances therebetween. A total of 24 discontinuous micro channels 5a are formed by the clearances in a laminating direction. Since the total of 24 discontinuous micro channels 5a are formed in a multi-layer structure in laminating direction by utilizing the inter-clearances of the plurality of laminar objects forming one layer, the plurality of micro channels 5a can be easily arranged three-dimensionally, and also the accuracy of the micro channels 5a formed by using a sol-gel material as the laminar objects can be increased.
