HIGH SPEED REVOLVING EVAPORATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel high speed revolving evaporation apparatus for preventing not only the foaming of a liquid component but also the scorching or the like caused by the mixing deficiency of a liquid component brought to a concentrated state and a newly charged liquid raw material and capable of handling a liquid raw material easy to foam and a liquid raw material having high viscosity. SOLUTION: An evaporation vessel 2 has a circular cross-section on a plan view and a blow-in pipeline 3 is connected to the evaporation vessel 2 so as to form a flow channel in the tangential direction of the circular cross-section to generate the revolving flow of a liquid component L1 in the evaporation vessel 2. The cross-sectional area S3 of the opening in the vicinity of the connection location with the evaporation vessel 2 in the blow-in pipeline 3 is set smaller than the sum total of the opening cross-sectional area S11 of a long pipe 11. The revolving flow of the liquid component L1 generated in the evaporation vessel 2 can be made high in flow velocity and foaming can effectively be suppressed by the centrifugal effect.
