<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new health food making the body itself healthy and having an excellent skin beautifying effect. <P>SOLUTION: This health food contains (A) proanthocyanidin, (B) ascorbic acid or its salt and (C) at least one kind selected from a group consisting of rutin, quercetin, hesperidin and their derivatives.
