<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and continuously taking the active components of papaya and pineapple. <P>SOLUTION: A seasoning salt is produced by mixing a papaya component and a pineapple component to table salt and drying the mixture. Meat is softened in 4-5 hours by the addition of the seasoning salt to the meat by the action of proteinase and lipase of papaya and pineapple. The seasoning salt can be used in a manner similar to common table salt to continuously and unconsciously take the active components of papaya and pineapple. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
