HARD AND HOLLOW CAPSULE WITH ENTERIC FILM, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HARD AND HOLLOW CAPSULE WITH ENTERIC FILM, AND HARD CAPSULED DRUG WITH ENTERIC FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as a low productivity and thermal load applied to contents in a manufacturing method of filling the contents in a hard and hollow capsule and then sealing and enteric-coating the capsule. SOLUTION: A capsule cap 5 is connected to a capsule body 3 in a semi- locked state and after an enteric film 7 is formed on the whole surface, the capsule cap 5 is removed from the capsule body 3 to be filled with contents and the body and the cap are connected in a locked state. The connection is performed with the opening part of the capsule cap 5 catching a part 7a of the enteric film 7, so that the part 7a is worked as a seal for a clearance between the capsule cap 5 and the capsule body 3. This constitution can dispense with coating of the enteric film after filling the hollow capsule with the contents and dispense with any special sealing so as to reduce the thermal load applied to the contents, secure the stability of the quality, and improve the production efficiency. This constitution allows the general consumer to prepare the enteric capsule filled with an optional content (including those having high water content). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
