PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for hydrothermal reaction treatment which prevents or reduces the narrowing of a reaction area in a reactor vessel and the corrosion of the reactor vessel by a salt. SOLUTION: The apparatus for hydrothermal reaction treatment for an organic liquid to be treated which contains dissolved salts is provided with an evaporation concentrator 3 for removing the dissolved salts from the organic liquid to be treated. The organic liquid from which the dissolved salts are removed with the evaporation concentrator 3 is fed to the reactor vessel 21 and is treated by hydrothermal oxidation reaction.
