PURPOSE: An oscillation circuit having an oscillation control function is provided to prevent a malfunction of a corresponding chip by stopping an oscillation of an oscillation circuit before a reset process. CONSTITUTION: An oscillation circuit having an oscillation control function includes an oscillation circuit(100) and an oscillation control circuit(200). The oscillation circuit(100) receives an oscillation signal from an oscillator and outputs a clock signal. The oscillation control circuit(200) controls an oscillation of the oscillation circuit(100). The oscillation control circuit(200) stops the oscillation of the oscillation circuit before a reset process of a microcomputer and restarts the oscillation of the oscillation circuit according to a reset signal when an error is generated within a microcomputer.
