PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device for a pipe end with almost no failures capable of suppressing a facility cost and providing easy maintenance. SOLUTION: A work holding part 7 holding a work W is provided on a top face 2a of a bed 2. A forming part 5 is provided in one end part of the top face 2a of the bed 2 with the work holding part 7 in between. A cutting part 6 is provided in another end. A roll 59 for forming the work W is provided on a planar disc 52 of the forming part 5. A slitter 68 for cutting excessive portions of a tip of a forming portion of the work W is provided on a planar disc 62 of the cutting part 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
