PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes-drying tool which allows one to dry laundries such as skirts and slacks with simple actions in a way allowing air to flow in-between well and does not decrease the number of laundry items to dry. SOLUTION: At least a pair of pinches 10 and 10' facing each other out of the pinches which are hung from a frame 1 hooked with a part to be hooked and pinch a laundry A are constituted with pinches having lower parts 11 which have a roughly inverted-Y shape widening downward.
