<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device for a sewing machine, which enables the unitary management of information on the sewing machines by displaying the recorded information on the various sewing machines so as to allow the diversified recognition of the information on the sewing machines. <P>SOLUTION: The recorded information on the sewing machines, such as information on the maintenance of the sewing machines, information on the production management of the sewing machines and information on errors occurring in the sewing machines, is collected via a communication means, and displayed on a monitor in terms of each of the sewing machines. Thus, various kinds of the recorded information on the sewing machines can be displayed in a diversified manner. Additionally, at the detection of the presence or absence of the error information, which has never been displayed, among the pieces of the recorded information on the sewing machines, the presence of the undisplayed error information is plotted in the presence of the undisplayed error information.
