<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument which realizes miniaturization of equipment, simplification of assembling work of the equipment and cost reduction by the improvement of operability and quality. <P>SOLUTION: Thermocoagulation incision forceps comprise a first grasping part 7 and a second grasping part connected in an openable and closable manner, grasp biological tissues with these first and second grasping parts, and heat and process the grasped biological tissues. The forceps are provided with: a heating panel 21 provided at least one of a pair of grasping parts; heat generation elements 24a, 24b and 24c provided at this heating plate to heat energizing and heating the heating plate; first to third flexible substrates 25, 26 and 27 which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first grasping part and have a substrate side electrode part to be connected with the heat generation elements and cover materials 28a, 28b, 34a and 34b made of insulated material at one end in a longitudinal direction; and a connection metallic cap connected to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the first to third flexible substrates for intaking the power supply for making each heat generation means generate heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
