The coupling arrangement (1) is for a hydraulic connection in the form of a tube or rod. It has a male part (4) provided with a conical part and a connected external ring-shaped locking track (18). A female part (20) is provided with a corresponding internal locking track. A slotted, ring-shaped sprung looking component (24) is fitted in the female component internal locking track for axial locking engagement with the male component external locking track. - This occurs after radial sprung expansion along the male component conical part on axial insertion of the male component in the female component. The lock component (24) has three or more radially inserting ear parts for engagement with the male component external locking track. These ear parts (38) are evenly distributed along the periphery of the lock component. The lock component between the ear parts has outer locating parts (42) for location against the female part internal locking track.
