PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain opening and closing device capable of being easily mounted on an existing curtain rail to respond to the needs of general consumers, fixing a curtain in an optional position with a simple operation, and immediately returning it to the full close state. SOLUTION: This curtain opening and closing device comprises a curtain hanger 21 arranged to be movable along the curtain rail 31 and a winding member 22 arranged on one end of the curtain rail 31.
