PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably project each base leg forward by preventing flip-up of the rear end part of a base shelf. SOLUTION: An engagement piece 16b directed to the right and left is arranged in the lower rear end of the base shelf 13 so as to be separated downward from the lower surface of the base shelf 13. An engagement hole 20 is piecingly provided on the upper surface of the base leg 3 opposing the engagement piece 16b. The lower end part of a lock tool 19 with an erecting piece 19b is mounted on the engagement hole 20, so as to be engaged with the front edge of the hole 20 when movable in a front and rear direction and also moving forward, or engaged with the front and rear edges of the engagement hole 20 when moving backward. An engagement groove 21 is disposed in the upper part of the erecting piece 19b, wherein a vertical groove part 21c is successively arranged at the front end of a horizontal groove part 21b whose rear end is opened in the upper edge of the erecting piece 16b, and the engagement piece 16b is engaged with the vertical groove part 21c through the horizontal groove part 21b.
