PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap-type table with a panel member which is excellent in costs, weight, etc. SOLUTION: A top plate 3 is supported by legs 2 via a top plate turning shaft 3a extending to the right and left horizontally, and is turnable between a using posture P which is lying nearly horizontally and a housing posture Q which is standing nearly vertically. The panel member 6 is supported by the top plate 3 via a panel member turning shaft 6a extending to the right and left horizontally so as to be turnable independent of the turn of the top plate 3. Thus, the panel member 6 always keeps a standing posture of standing nearly vertically by its dead weight at a position where interference with the top plate 3 is prevented without regard to the turn of the top plate 3.
