PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rice cooker capable of providing the cleanliness of a rice storage part and also excellent operability of rice cooking work by improving the reliability of steaming treatment and water supply in rice cooking. SOLUTION: This automatic rice cooker comprises a rice cooking part 21 for boiling rice, the rice storage part 22 for storing rice, and a rice carrying means 26 for transferring rice from the rice storage part 22 to the rice cooking part 22. The rice cooking part 21 is arranged above the rice storage part 22, and this cooker further comprises a water storage part 32 for storing water leaked from the rice cooking part 21 and the periphery thereof. Accordingly, since the rice cooking part 21 is located above the rice storage part 22, the steam during rice boiling is naturally discharged upward. Since even if leaked from the rice coking part 21 during the rice boiling work, water is stored in the water storage part 32 provided above the rice storage part 22, the rice stored therein is never deteriorated by the intrusion of steam or water to the storage part 22, and the cleanliness of the rice storage part 22 can be also ensured.
