摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making spherically baked confectionery by which any one who is inexperienced in making spherically baked confectionery can readily make spherical baked confectionery, and which allows a person who makes the confectionery to move away from the scene. SOLUTION: The method for making spherically baked confectionery comprises using a processing mold made by forming a lot of hemispherically recessed parts with equal-diameter on the stretchable surfaces of a balloon and a steel plate. The method comprises the following process: subjecting the hemispherically processed material to adhesion-preventive processing followed by putting the material into the hemispherically recessed part of the processing mold, vibrating the processing mold while heating, sufficiently heating the processed material while rotating the hemispherically recessed part so that the processed material is turned inside out, and scorching the surface of the resultant material to finish baking.
