摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a natural extract having decreased allergen content and provide the natural extract. <P>SOLUTION: A hot-water treated liquid such as a hot-water extract liquid of animal raw materials or vegetable raw materials is treated to remove the oily component or the insoluble solid component, fine insoluble substances are removed by filtering the liquid using a filter aid, the filtered liquid is subjected to ultrafiltration treatment using an ultrafiltration membrane having a molecular cutoff of 3,000-10,000 for a flat membrane ultrafiltration apparatus or a molecular cutoff of 2,000-3,000 for a hollow-fiber ultrafiltration apparatus to filter the extract component and the filtrate passing the ultrafiltration membrane is recovered and concentrated or pulverized to obtain the natural extract having decreased allergen content.
