PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for unrolling, folding and cutting paper capable of winding and cutting a paper of a prescribed length in a flatly folded state from a machine grazed paper so as to have a prescribed folding width and number. SOLUTION: This machine has a roller shaft 2 for holding the rolled paper 1 from the inside, a feeding roller 3 and a feeding auxiliary roller 12 for nipping and drawing paper 1a from the rolled paper 1 in a prescribed length unit, a winding rotator 4 for winding the drawn paper 1a of the prescribed length in the flatly folded state, and a fixed cutting blade 5 arranged between the feeding roller 3 and the winding rotator 4. The winding rotator 4 presses the paper 1 to the fixed cutting blade 5 by giving a tensile force to the paper 1a while winding the paper 1a to cut it in the prescribed length. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
