PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can exhibit an excellent anti-viral activity against influenza viruses and the like, and also exhibit a function as a virus sensor. SOLUTION: The sialooligosaccharide chain of YDS-Asn having an influenza virus activity is transferred to a metal complex having fluorescent light by the utilization of the saccharide transfer activity of Endo-M. Since having both the fluorescent property and the influenza virus activity, the obtained compounds (1), (2) can be used as biosensors whose colors are changed, when bound to viruses.
