PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table with a panel member in which a gap between a top plate and a panel member is suitably utilized as a space for inserting wiring by extremely simple constitution. SOLUTION: The panel member 6 such as a desk to panel and a modesty panel supported turnably by the top plate 3 via a panel member turning shaft 6a is provided, the panel member turning shaft 6 being deviated by a prescribed distance above the surface of the top plate 3 or below the rear surface of the top plate 3. When this panel member 6 is stood to be in a standing posture U nearly vertically, the gap S of a prescribed size for inserting a wiring cable CA is formed between the panel member 6 and the top plate 3. When this panel 6 is turned to be in a tilting posture T, the gap S is expanded more than that when the panel member 6 is in the standing posture U. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
