PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grafting apparatus improving accuracy of grafting by stabilizing cutting angle of a V shaped section 26 of a stalk 2a by using a cutting blade 41 with a simple structure, for example locating two cutter blades 41a of a work knife in V shape, setting the start point and the end point of cutting as constant, and properly keeping the cutting section by a movement of the cutting blade 41 in one direction. SOLUTION: The grafting apparatus provided with the seedling cutter blade 41 for cutting the stalk 2a of the seedling 2 for grafting, the V shaped cutting blade 41 is detachably mounted on a cutter holder 44a which is set as freely movable to the seedling 2 for grafting.
