PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium processing machine unforcedly and surely controlling ball dispensation and minimizing the erroneous control of the ball dispensation caused by receiving the effect of noise and to provide a game system. SOLUTION: A pinball game machine transmits a ball dispensation preparation signal (S17) in response to a ball dispensation request signal (S15) transmitted from a recording medium processing machine, the recording medium processing machine receiving it transmits a ball dispensation command signal (S20), and the pinball game machine pays out balls based on the ball dispensation command signal and then transmits the ball dispensation completion signal. The recording medium processing machine transmits the ball dispensation request signal and the ball dispensation command signal using a single ball dispensation request signal wire with one as the rising of a potential and the other as the fall of the potential. However, the potential level of the ball dispensation possible signal wire is changed before transmitting the ball dispensation request signal and the ball dispensation request signal is transmitted after a lapse of a prescribed delay time from the change in the potential level.
