PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance expectations of a player and to enhance interest by remarkably improving possibility for making a game ball which passes through a prescribed area enter a specific ball-enter means. SOLUTION: A Pachinko (pinball game) game machine is provided with an upper guide part 47 for discharging game balls from an area deeper than a board surface of a game board to the board surface, a nail 15 and a start hole 9 provided on the board surface lower than the upper guide part 47, and a projected line 48 arranged between the upper guide part 47 and the nail 15 for guiding game balls which flow down from the upper guide part 47 to the start hole 9 away from the board surface. Thus, each game ball discharged from the upper guide part 47 flows down without contact to the nail 15 and a mount base 9a of the start hole 9 and stably enters a pocket part 9b of the start hole 9.
