PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve seal property and operability of the connecting surface of a connector case containing a circuit element, etc., with respect to a connector for electrically connecting an ultrasonic probe with an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. SOLUTION: The dividing surface 42 of the upper case 20 and the lower case 22 of the connector case is determined so as to arrange the connection part and the terminal plate 16 of a cable 12 at only the lower case 22. That is, the dividing surface is provided at a high position avoiding the joining part with the cable, a slant part 42a is formed toward the bottom part from there, a parallel part 42h becoming parallel to the bottom surface is formed at a position lower than a circuit board 32. A case packing 46 is formed in the state of a continuous ring, and force connecting the upper and lower case 20 and 22 becomes force pressurizing the case packing 46 to surely shield the connecting surface.
