PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator roller capable of uniformly applying, transferring or coating, and preventing the accumulation of excess liquid. SOLUTION: In the applicator roller 1 having a roller jacket 6 and constituted so that the jacket surface 8 of the outside of the roller jacket 6 receives the liquid and transfers a part of the liquid, the roller jacket 6 has through holes 30.
