Device comprises at least one retaining element movably arranged in a filling opening of a collecting container and gripping onto the container in the retaining position to prevent excess tipping, and a drive device acting on the retaining element. The drive device moves the retaining element into a start position releasing the filling opening and holds the retaining element in this position. At least one signal transmitter (51) directly or indirectly connected to the drive device emits a signal to the drive device allowing release of the retaining element during the emptying process when a specific container position is reached or after a certain time period. A clamping device gripping onto the retaining element moves the retaining element after release by the drive device into its retaining position. Preferred Features: At least one further signal transmitter (50) connected to the drive device emits a signal allowing pivoting of the retaining element into the start position when a further specific container position is reached or after a further time period. |
