<p>A fiber-forming apparatus comprises the furnace feeder bottom, lateral walls, the feeder arch, burners, insert built in with an outlet through the feeder bottom, blowing device provided with an opening for outlet of a high-speed energy carrier, receiving and discharge funnels, fitting for receiving the energy carrier, current contact jaws. The insert is made from two coaxially mounted pipes. The outermost of them is provided from above with openings for the melt intake into the annular opening, and from below the outer pipe is provided with die openings. Cone shell provided with current contact jaw is adjacent to the outer pipe. The upper crown of the insert inner pipe gets into the combustion space of the furnace feeder. The blowing device is mounted with an opening for the high-speed carrier outlet above insert die openings. The insert lower crown is within the overall dimensions of the lower crown of original funnel of the blowing device. The burner is arranged in the feeder arch coaxially to the inner tube opening.</p> |
