The apparatus for continuous regeneration and treatment of fiber of naps at hat hackling machine includes a mechanism for turning the naps, dust removal mechanism, separation mechanism and a case. The apparatus is additionally equipped with mechanism for preventing fiber drop from the main drum of hat hackling machine, as a working-transmission card roller, mechanism for additional separation and cleaning fiber complexes, as working card roller; those are installed coaxially with the main drum of the hat hackling machine; mechanism for additional dust removal and pneumatic cooling of the case, as perforation of case, this covers the surface of hackling segment without garniture.
