PURPOSE:To improve energy efficiency as a system by imparting a function storing energy obtained by a solar cell, etc., to a fuel cell type electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A fuel cell system A has the electrolytic device 100 of water, and the electrolytic device 100 is supplied with electrical energy by the reproduction of a solar cell installed to a car body and/or braking energy.
