PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a wavelength dispersion-compensated signal light by an integrated circuit constitution. SOLUTION: The device comprises a rare earth element-doped optical fiber amplifier 19 connected to a second port of an optical circulator 3 for amplifying a wavelength-multiple signal light outputted from the second port and wavelength-multiple signal light fed to the second, WDM filter 9 which branches a wavelength-multiple signal light inputted from the rare earth element-doped optical fiber amplifier 19 to output a plurality of wavelength-division signal lights, inputs a plurality of wavelength-division signal lights in the reverse direction to output to the rear earth element-doped optical fiber amplifier 19 as wavelength-division signal lights and a plurality of gratings 6-1-6-4 which input the plurality of wavelength-division signal lights from the WDM filter 9 to reflect at positions corresponding to the wavelength, thereby giving delays according to the wavelength to the plurality of wavelength-division signal lights and feeding to the WDM filter 9. |
