PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when copying conditions for a second document group are set for reservation by reserve-setting a copying mode for a document placed on a second document platen, without depressing a specific key, when instructions for transition to a reservation set mode are issued. SOLUTION: The CPU of a copying machine main device confirms whether the function of automatic transition to the reservation set mode is set or not in a mode storage part, when the CPU confirms that the document placed on the document platen 231 of an ADF 230 is detected by a document setting detecting sensor 236, through the CPU of a document feeder 2, while the document which is placed on the document platen 201 of an RDF 200 and under conveyance is detected by a document partitioning pawl sensor 216. When the function is set, information of the instructions for the transition to the reservation set mode is transmitted to the CPU of an operation control part, through a communication port and the CPU executes the transition to the reservation set mode, in accordance with the information, to switch the display of a display part to a reservation set mode picture. |
