SOLUTION: A server 10 connected to a network 1 accepts a building site observation application from a customer's terminal 8 for generating a observation schedule. When a building site observation schedule is made, the server 10 sends information on the schedule automatically to a business department terminal 6 and a building site foreman's terminal 7. A building site observation manual 16 contains information as to which part of the site the customer should inspect. |
