PURPOSE: To obtain a control device of an internal combustion engine having good vibration characteristic and exhaust gas characteristic at the time of starting and stopping an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: A control device of an internal combustion engine comprises a valve control means 6 for controlling a throttle valve 5 for sucking air into an engine 1, a fuel injection control means 9 for controlling fuel injection of the engine 2, a rotating speed detecting means 8 for detecting the rotating speed of the engine 2, a decompressor 4 for reducing the internal pressure of the cylinder of the engine 2, and a starter means 3 for starting the rotation of the engine 2. The control device of the internal combustion engine is provided with a starting signal detecting means 12 for detecting a starting signal for the engine 2. According to a starting signal, the valve control means 6 drives the throttle valve in the opening direction, according to a starting signal, the starter means 3 starts the rotation of the engine 2, according to the preset starting rotating speed, the decompressor 4 is put in the stop state, and when the rotating speed becomes above the starting rotating speed, the fuel injection control means 9 starts the fuel injection control. |
